Areas Of Focus:

  • Pediatrics, Including Special Needs
  • Articulation Disorders-difficulty using age-appropriate sounds by substituting, adding, or deleting sounds
  • Phonological Disorders-difficulty using age-appropriate sound patterns (e.g., substituting all sounds made in the back of the mouth like /k/ and /g/ for those in the front of the mouth like /t/ and /d/ (e.g., saying “tup” for cup)
  • Expressive Language Disorders
    1.  Being able to say a certain number of words by a certain age
    2. Grammar skills
    3. Answering Questions using one word responses in lieu of sentences
  • Receptive Language-understanding of spoken language
  • Feeding Disorder – Sequential Oral Sensory (S.O.S.) Approach To Feeding
